研究领域:生物化学、分子生物学、化学生物学、氧化还原生物学

 

 

研究简介:

硒是必需微量元素,以硒代半胱氨酸(Sec)和硒蛋白(selenoprotein)形式在人体多种生理功能中发挥重要作用。近年研究表明,关键硒蛋白硫氧还蛋白还原酶(TrxR),与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,已作为最重要的抗癌靶点之一,用于抗肿瘤药物筛选研发。本人聚焦TrxR1的结构和性质,对酶催化和功能做深入理解;对重要硒蛋白的掺硒机制进行探讨,对重要糖蛋白的生物合成开始初步探索。

 

研究方向:
