研究兴趣:

1. 计算药物设计与发现:应用与方法发展

2. 配体/蛋白、蛋白/蛋白相互作用机理

3. 蛋白质折叠与活性关系

4. 氢键、二氢键在不同电子态的动力学性质

完成项目:

1. 发展全新药物设计与发现软件包SABRE

2. 设计并发现mPGES-1抑制剂作为新一代抗炎药物;

3. 设计并发现选择性phosphodiesterase-2 (PDE2)抑制剂作为记忆增强药物和抗焦虑药物;

4. 识别LmeIF免疫蛋白佐剂的抗原位点,预测寻找高效低毒的类LmeIF免疫佐剂;

5. 分析抗癌药物与Topoisomerase-I (Topo-I)-DNA的结合模式,寻找并发现新型高效抗癌药物Topo-I抑制剂;

6. 理论研究不同复合物中氢键、二氢键动力学性质以及对体系光物理、光化学性质的影响;

在研项目:

1. 完善SABRE软件的算法以更好地支持全新药物设计;

2. 发光MOFs中氢键动力学行为对甲醛、炸药检测的影响;

3. 全新药物设计与发现;

1. 氢键激发态动力学对体系光物理光化学性质的影响;

2. 蛋白质结构/性质预测、配体/蛋白、蛋白/蛋白相互作用机理研究;
